You can only get exemption for one car.

Exceptions apply for children with an HC-card, where both parents can have exemption registered on their AutoPASS agreement.

No, you don't need to apply for exemption again, provided that you update the registration number on your AutoPASS agreement and move the tag to the new car. In that case, the exemption will automatically transfer.

If you receive a new tag, you must apply for exemption again.

You can find the tag number on the invoice for your AutoPASS agreement or on the side of the tag, beneath the barcode.

For children under 18 years old, exemptions can be registered for 2 vehicles. The agreement can be in the name of the parent/guardian. When the child turns 18 years old, a new AutoPASS agreement must be drawn up in the name of the person granted the HC card, and HC exemption must be reapplied for.

Fjellinjen does not have access to information about who has been granted HC exemptions by their municipality. To ensure that only those with a valid HC card receive exemption, we need documentation of the HC card.

To be granted HC exemption, you must have an active AutoPASS agreement, and the AutoPASS agreement must be registered in the name of the person who has been granted the HC card.

Fjellinjen AS does not have access to information about AutoPASS agreements. Therefore, we require confirmation from your AutoPASS issuer that the AutoPASS agreement is in your name. We cannot process your application until we have received such documentation.

• Confirmation from the company you have an AutoPASS agreement with. You can obtain this from the company's customer service. Contact information for all companies in Norway that enter into AutoPASS agreements can be found here.
  
• Screenshot from My Page with the company you have an AutoPASS agreement with. It is important that both the applicant's name and the tag number are visible.
  
• You do not need to attach documentation showing that the AutoPASS agreement is in the applicant's name if the HC card applies to a child under 18 years of age.
