Here you can find the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about My Page.
1) Start by registering yourself on My page
(When filling inn your date of birth, you must type in the hyphen as shown in the picture)
2) You will then receive a customer number by e-mail. Use this to log on to Min side and choose “new agreement”.
3) A map will appear, displaying all the toll points in Norway. Click on the toll point “Oslo/Bærum”.
4) Another picture will appear, giving you the following options:
1. Separate EasyGo-agreement.
This is if you want us to send you a separate bill for crossings in Oslo and Bærum. If you do not tick this off, you will automatically receive all your crossings in one bill.
2.Agreement with deleting of crossing data.
If you tick off "deleting of crossing data", we will automatically delete your crossing data as soon as the crossing has been registered. Crossing data will therefore not be available for review in this case. This makes it more difficult for you to document a potential error on your bill in the future. Additionally, you will not receive agreement benefits such as discounts and a monthly ceiling.
3. Detailed billing.
If you tick off for this, you receive detailed crossing data on your bill. If you do not choose this option, you can easily find your crossing data on Min side.
5) Fill inn car number, brand, model and weight class. The agreement will be registered instantly and we will send you a tag by mail.
If you want an agreement with us, choose the toll point in Oslo and Bærum.
The customer number can be found on your last bill or by calling us.
If you have forgotten your password, do this:
When logging on to Min side, click on "Forgotten password".
You must then enter your customer number or e-mail address.
After you have done this, we will send you a new password.
Important! If you have changed your e-mail address since entering the AutoPASS agreement or you do not have an e-mail address registered to you AutoPASS agreement, we recommend contacting us. We will then add your new e-mail address to your AutoPASS agreement.
If no e-mail address is registered to your AutoPASS agreement, the new password will be sent to you by regular mail.
1) Go to My page
2) Click on "New customer" and pick the first option given.
You may choose to have your crossings attached to a bill or certain time frame.
Click on the relevant agreement.
If you are looking for crossings attached to a certain time frame, click on "Show crossings".
If you are looking for crossings attached to a bill, click on "Show" under “Recent bills”.
How do I add a car to an existing agreement?
You can do that on Min side.
Click on the green box "Add to vehicle". The add the car number and fill out all the vehicle details. When this is done, press "Next".
Tick off "New tag" if you want a new tag, "Existing tag" if you want to move an existing tag to a different car, or “Available tag” if you have a tag that is not in use. Press “next” to move on.
Choose "Existing agreement". If you have more than one agreement, you may choose which agreement you wish to attach to your new vehicle.
Note that it can take a few days before your order is registered in our system. The agreement is valid from the day you enter the agreement, even if you have not received a tag from us yet. After signing the agreement, it takes 1-2 weeks before you receive a tag from us in the mail.
Click on the red box "Remove vehicle”. Fill inn which vehicle you would like to remove and on which date you want this to happen.
Note! After removing the vehicle from your agreement on Min side, it is important that you also physically remove the tag from your car to avoid getting changed for crossings made by your tag.
If you want your deposit back, contact us to deactivate the tag and cancel the agreement. You will receive your deposit of 200 kr once the agreement has been canceled. The tag may then be disposed of as e-waste.
If you wish to use your tag on a different car, you may hold onto it and register a new car later.
First, click on the agreement in question.
At the top, under agreement detail, you will find agreement status:

Click on the agreement in question:
At the bottom of the page that appears, you will find an overview of your latest bills.
If you want crossings attached to a bill, click on "Show” under “Latest bills”.
Paid bills are marked green under status.
