You now need to enter your account number and password to log into My Page. You can easily find these as follows:
You can find your account number on your last bill, or you can call us.
If you have forgotten your password, do the following:
On the My Page login page click “Forgotten password”:
Then enter either your customer number or your email address.
Once you have entered your email address or account number we will send you new login details.
NB! If you have changed your email address since you created your account, or if you have not registered an email address to your account, please call us to register your new email address before requesting new login details.
If no email address has been registered, we will send your login details by post.
